Q:What does your business do? Provide a history and brief description of your products and services. A:Custom arrangements, original music of any style, stage/performance tracks and sequences with click or no click track, film scores, commercial music.
Q:How did you get started in your business? A:Started in college by writing for friends bands.
Q:What is the experience or education of the staff? A:Bachelors/Masters and Berklee Masters Certificate. Plus, years and years of experience from the 'School of Making Mistakes and Learning How to Fix Them'
Q:Describe your business equipment or setup. If you have a sound studio, what equipment do you use? A:Macintosh Platform with Gigastudio servers. I use Pro tools, Reason, Ableton, Digital Performer, Logic, Kontakt, and Machfive. I have a Roland Fantom X8 and several midi devices. Charts are made on Finale 2006. Plugins include Waves and UAD.
Q:Who are some of your clients? A:I write a lot for Houston's West Side Recording (www.westsiderecording.com), I also do stage and performance tracks for the Daniel Pratt Band (www.myspace.com/danielprattband), and I do a lot of writing and performing at Fellowship of the Woodlands (www.fotw.org);
Q:What are your prices or rates? A:All of it is negotiable. I work with each client individually to come up with a package deal that they can afford. I want them to get what they want and be totally satisfied. My studio hourly rate for tracking/editing is currently at $40/hr.
